Con la storia dietro Nebraska di Bruce Springsteen pronta a essere esplorata nel film Deliver Me From Nowhere, la nuova edizione Nebraska ’82: Expanded Edition (quattro CD + un Blu-Ray) raccoglie materiale inedito e rivelatore di questo periodo prolifico, inclusi i leggendari Electric Nebraska sessions con la E Street Band, registrazioni soliste casalinghe e in studio, insieme al remaster del 2025 dell’album originale e a un nuovo film-performance con tutti e dieci i brani di Nebraska eseguiti in sequenza. Il capolavoro acustico di Springsteen del 1982 viene arricchito da 17 registrazioni contemporanee (di cui 15 mai pubblicate prima) che fanno parte dell’ondata di ispirazione che ha plasmato Nebraska e ne condividono i temi inquietanti.
